The Gambia has been a popular holiday destination for UK travellers for many years. Weather in The Gambia

The best time to visit The Gambia is during the winter season which is between November and April when the weather is dry and cooler in the evenings.  Temperatures avaerage about 30C year round. The rainy months between July and October are hot and humid.

Malaria is widespread and taking malaria tablets is advised.
