This tiny English speaking West African country offers an easily accessible taste of Africa as it is only 6 hours flying time from the UK.In recent years The Gambia has benefited from the addition of more luxury accommodation and more flights from regional UK airports such as Bristol and Birmingham. Whilst cheap package holidays to the Gambia still sell well it is now possible to to choose to stay at a luxury hotel and in January 2010 it will be possible to stay at the Sheraton Coco Ocean Resort and Spa. The hotel will offer All Inclusive accommodation.
